1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the tayazone website located at tayazone.one, including all games, promotions, payment services, and customer support features offered through the platform. These Terms apply to all users of the tayazone platform, including registered account holders and visitors browsing the site without an account.

By accessing the tayazone platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; (c) you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) you agree to comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations in connection with your use of the tayazone platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of tayazone services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

tayazone implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card) and a recent selfie before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tayazone account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. tayazone will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

tayazone accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment methods. Accepted payment channels include GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.

All transactions on the tayazone platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change at tayazone's discretion with reasonable notice.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. tayazone reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours, while bank transfers may take one to three business days.

tayazone does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All funds deposited into your tayazone account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

tayazone offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus terms applicable to all tayazone promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the tayazone platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

tayazone uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the same standards of fairness and integrity.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tayazone platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the tayazone platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Registering more than one account on the tayazone platform.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your tayazone account by any third party, including family members.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the tayazone platform, including but not limited to the tayazone brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of tayazone or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the tayazone platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the tayazone platform without prior written consent from tayazone.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tayazone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the tayazone platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

tayazone's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tayazone platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tayazone account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tayazone does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the tayazone platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

tayazone is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. Gambling is addictive. Know when to stop. tayazone provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your tayazone account.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

tayazone reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) tayazone has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) you have failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, tayazone reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your tayazone account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course following account closure.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tayazone platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact tayazone's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. tayazone will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.

13. Amendments to These Terms

tayazone reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the tayazone platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the tayazone platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the tayazone platform and may request account closure.
